National Merit Recognition
Out of 1.5 million students who took the National
Merit test in 2012, Michelle Dai and Sara Lagan have received recognition for
being in the top 50,000. That means they scored higher than 1,450,000
people!
They are now eligible for the next step this fall, when National Merit Semifinalists and Commended students will be announced.

MS Students of the Month--March
Each month, Middle School teachers select a Student of the Month to be honored for their efforts and achievement in the classroom. Each student receives a Student of the Month bumper sticker, a certificate of recognition suitable for framing, a letter with comments from their teacher, and a small gift.
